Words can’t describe the level of care, love, and compassion. Amazing food.
I was an addict for 45 years and went to SpiritLife in 2016 for 3 months. Today I am 8 months clean and sober from drugs. Thank You SpiritLife and staff.
They are really helping my girlfriend recover and they really care about her well-being! Love it!
SpiritLife changed my life in so many ways! The people actually care and understand where you’re coming from and what you’re going through. You will not receive better care anywhere else. My husband also came to SpiritLife after attending approximately ten other rehabs. He said if it wasn’t for SpiritLife he would not have made the progress he has made.
This place is nothing short of incredible. I recently finished their 90 day program, and I have never felt so blessed or directed within my recovery journey. Starting with admissions, to the medical staff, clinicians, counselors, chefs, counselor aides, to housekeeping and maintenance, the people are remarkably compassionate, empathetic, and intensely capable. Every single person who is employed by or volunteers at SpiritLife truly has the well-being of each one of us addict’s recovery as the very foundation of their concern. I fortunately was at home here long enough to develop true relationships with nearly every member of the SpiritLife community, and I cannot express highly enough the caliber of people that are there to help. The facility is a 12 step based recovery program, but is by no means limited to only that channel to recovery. There are ponds to fish in, nature trails to hike through, a private catholic chapel for both orthodox as well as protestant faith practices, a recreation annex for billiards, basketball, extensive fitness equipment, ping pong, foosball, mountain bikes, and even private spaces for meditation and yoga that are led by experienced instructors. The living conditions that were considered by those who developed the facility are also decidedly luxurious and discernibly strides above other treatment centers. Each room is characterized by two twin beds, end tables, lounge chairs, two locking closets, and even a private bathroom space with tub and shower. The food menu that was created by Executive Chef James is, to say the least, mouthwatering. Roast pork, BBQ ribs, cordon bleu, chicken kiev, chef salads, baked chicken, handmade pizza, deep fried wings, and even bananas foster and eggs benedict for breakfast; they spare little expense. Family visits are strongly encouraged and reinforced with a banquet worthy buffet for lunch, optional counseling, open church attendance, and even a nar-anon meeting to follow afterwards. I personally feel that every consideration has been made to effectively facilitate ones recovery. There are few excuses left for the hard-nosed and resistive addict’s like myself to put off treatment if taking SpiritLife into consideration. They even supply tobacco, tubes, and a top-o-matic rolling machine for those of us not quite ready to give up smoking. We attended outside meetings, community service at the food bank and humane society, and even attended outside NA/AA holiday parties. In conclusion, I cannot express enough gratitude for all of the “anonymous” people who worked so hard on my behalf to guide me in my early recovery. At SpiritLife there truly is a palpable sense of recovery that hangs in the air. It is truly a special place. If anyone of you reading this is still sick and suffering, give yourself a break, pick up the phone…
